Transition:

After you are released, the PACE/OAR staff will help you develop a quality resume and  connect you to job leads, as well as provide referrals to partner agencies who can provide clothing, food, substance abuse counseling, housing, and other services.

Employment:

PACE/OAR develops relationships with employers who are willing to consider hiring employees with felony convictions.  This means that the only job leads that we provide to you will not automatically say "NO" because of your criminal history. We match your skills and experience with the requirements of employers.

In addition to job leads,  we can also connect you to education programs like GED programs, job training and college.
