Our Services | ||||
|
Transition: After you are released, the PACE/OAR staff will help you develop a quality resume and connect you to job leads, as well as provide referrals to partner agencies who can provide clothing, food, substance abuse counseling, housing, and other services.
Employment: PACE/OAR develops relationships with employers who are willing to consider hiring employees with felony convictions. This means that the only job leads that we provide to you will not automatically say "NO" because of your criminal history. We match your skills and experience with the requirements of employers. In addition to job leads, we can also connect you to education programs like GED programs, job training and college.
Other services may be available depending on resources. Please contact us with questions about your specific situation.
How do you get services? We prefer clients or referring agencies call our office prior to coming so that we might be better prepared to serve you. Call us at (317) 612-6800
Where: Location: 2855 N Keystone Ave., inside Genesis Plaza
Who Qualifies? PACE/OAR only provides services to individuals who have felony convictions living in Marion County. PACE/OAR services are voluntary. No services are court-ordered or required. This means that you must be motivated to make a change in your own life. |
