Josh, 29, used to own his own trucking company based in Texas. He realized how much he loved traveling after high school, but he understood that frequent relocating wasn’t economically feasible so he decided to become a truck driver. Eventually he saved enough to buy his own truck. He was successful and living his dream, until one day his dream turned into a nightmare.  Read the entire story.

A Thank You Letter to PACE

My name is Darryl L. Kilgore Jr.; at this time; I would like to formally thank everyone affiliated with the Pace/OAR program. If it were not for you all, there would be no telling where I would be as of today. Greatly possible, I would be homeless, roaming the streets of Indiana. As of November, 2010, I was blessed to be taken in as one of your own. I have felt as though as I was family, for my own family had no desire to give me a place to lay my head. After hearing the many excuses my family had as to why they could not house me, I honestly lost hope. It was not until towards the end of my incarceration, that I was approached by one of the program’s case managers. I informed them of my situation of not having anywhere to go, and almost immediately I was told they would help me. Read the entire letter.
